Coke is easily the most fun story I’ve got in my pre-dinner client drinks repertoire. It starts with me being 21 and temporarily saving McCann from losing the Coke account while traveling the country on private jets. It ends with me claiming to have defined the design language for the following 20 years of Coke’s advertising, which would be outlandish if it weren’t so plausible and have tenuous evidence. Anyway, Coke got me a job and a story and I’m keeping it here even if it’s three sorta dead billboards…or is it?
